Crawling and Indexing

Crawling and indexing are two techniques used by search engine; they are simultaneously followed by one another.

Crawling:
It is the technique in which the robots of search engine (Google) crawl your website pages one by one and then gathers the sites content.  Robots are also termed as Google boots or simply crawlers. This is the main reason behind the creation of sitemaps, as it contains all the links of our pages. So it becomes simple for the crawlers to crawl websites.

Indexing:
After crawling the process of indexing is followed in which the search engine indexes the sites content into their database. One can easily tell the crawlers that which page has to index and which isn’t. It all depends upon the Meta tags that are used for the pages.

Organic SEO: 

These are basically some methods that are used to attain a high ranking in SERP and that is what SEO is all about. It is completely different from paid methods.  Some examples of Organic SEO include Keyword analysis, back linking, link building, relevant content etc.



Link juice:


It is the amount of positive ranking factors when one website links to a site or we can also say that if a website internally link from one page to other, then at this condition the link passes page rank point. The passing of these points are called link juice, the page with higher link juice will rank higher in the search results. We have to make sure about this fact that while developing a site no page is more than three clicks from the home page.

Google Analytic:


It is a service offered by Google in order to track and create a report regarding to the traffic of a websites. It is accessible in two ways: one is Google Analytic Premium that is a subscription based and other is for Mobile Apps.  It shows every possible action regarding to our website like visitors, pageview, bounce, time on page & site and many more.
